SST is a comprehensive training program that focuses on proper fundamental soccer skills. The program follows a developmental framework that has been proven over the past 15 years. Our coaches work not only to show the players proper form and technique, but also to educate their minds to help them understand where, when, and why to use the skills that are learned.

Drills and games are played under varying degrees of pressure, which allow the players to master specific skills, gain confidence and be successful in their development. Topics include: dribbling, passing, shooting, first touch, decision making, combination play, defending, and many more individual and team skills. Parents and players will see definitive results as they progress through the SST curriculum.

Agreement to the terms and conditions of our new membership/waiver is REQUIRED for facility participation.
