This program is designed specifically to introduce those with little or no experience to the game of inline hockey. Students will be taught the fundamentals of skating, including balance, stride, and edge work as well as basic stick handling, passing and shooting techniques. Come out and learn the game in a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
Required Equipment: Roller Blades (WITHOUT BREAKS), Helmet, Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shin Guards

This program is designed specifically for athletes who know how to skate and are looking to work on techniques and fundamentals of inline hockey. Athletes will focus on stick handling, passing, shooting, and playing together as a team. This class is run by coaches from the Iron Knights Travel In-Line hockey team!
