All teams are required to submit a Roster and Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

U12/U14 Tuesday Sept. 30, 2008 5-7p.m.
U8/U10 Wednesday Oct. 1, 2008 5-7p.m.

Practices:

U/8/U10 Wednesdays 5-7p.m. (starting in January)
U12/U14 Tuesdays 5-7p.m (starting Mid November)

Costs:
$350 per player (U12, U14, U17)

$250 per player (U8, U10)

(Uniforms, and Extra tournaments not included)

Full payment is due upon registration. You will not be officially registered until full payment is received. There are no refunds unless we do not place the registered player on a team. Please click below for details on all our league rules.

All players are required to know the 422 Sportsplex rules. Players will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.
