All teams are required to submit a Roster and Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

A $150 deposit is required to secure a spot in the league.  Full payment is due by the first game.  Rosters must be turned in before first game (Mandatory). All players are required to know the 422 Sportsplex rules.  Players will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.
