All teams are required to submit a Roster and Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

Times:
Most games will be played Sundays. There is the possibility of games during the week. Please check out your age group for those weekday games. Finally, all practices will be held during the week. 

Youth League:

• 12pm to 5pm Sundays
• High School Division plays Wednesdays 7-9p.m.

Costs:
Individuals: (all prices include a jersey, tax and referee fees)
U-8:    $115

U-10:  $115

U-12:  $125

U-14:  $125

High School:  Individual Fee $125

Full payment is due upon registration. You will not be officially registered until full payment is received. There are no refunds unless we do not place the registered player on a team. For League Rules, Click Here

Please Take Note:
All players are required to know the 422 Sportsplex rules. Players will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.
