All teams are required to submit a Roster and Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

Times:
Games will be on Fridays with start times from 5-9pm.

Costs:

Teams: $695 per team (all prices include tax and referee fees)
Individuals: $80 per player (all prices include a jersey, tax and referee fees)

Each team will play 7 games. Each individually registered child receives a t-shirt.
 

Full payment is due upon registration. You will not be officially registered until full payment is received. There are no refunds unless we do not place the registered player on a team. For League Rules, Click Here

All players are required to know the 422 Sportsplex rules. Players will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.
